This page explains what this website collects and how we use it, in plain language. It covers the movebetter.co website — not our booking system or your in-clinic care records, which are handled separately (more on both below).

Analytics and site activity
We use analytics tools to understand how people use this site so we can keep improving it. Google Analytics gives us aggregate numbers — which pages get viewed and where visitors arrive from. We also use PostHog, which captures anonymized session replays and heatmaps: how visitors move, scroll, and click on a page.
These recordings don't identify you, and anything you type into a form is automatically hidden. We use this only to make the website clearer and easier to use — never to diagnose, treat, or make any decision about your care. We don't sell it or share it with any outside party.
You can block these analytics tools with most browser privacy settings or an ad blocker.
Booking
When you book an appointment, you leave this website for Jane, our scheduling platform. Anything you enter there — your name, contact details, appointment preferences — is collected and handled by Jane under Jane's privacy policy, not this one. This website doesn't collect or store your booking information.
Your care records
Health information you share as a patient — during a visit, on intake forms, or in your treatment records — is protected health information, kept confidential, and handled under the clinic's legal obligations. It is entirely separate from this website and is never part of the analytics described above.
