Chiropractic
Dr. Zachary Cullen
Goes by Dr. Zach.
Athletes, combat sports, hypermobility.
Dr. Zach spent eight years in restaurant kitchens — line cook to sous chef — before chiropractic. The pivot started as personal training: he kept seeing clients whose fitness goals were capped by pain, and recognized the same chronic low-back pattern in himself.
He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in 2023 after a B.S. in Exercise Science from Castleton University. He worked at Move Better as a Chiropractic Assistant during his doctorate, so by the time he was practicing he already knew the system.
His clinical work spans athletes (he trains BJJ and HIIT), people with hypermobility looking for stability, and the chronic-pain patients he understands from the inside. The kitchen background still shows up in his nutrition conversations.
