Michael Houle is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s of Sports Medicine from University of Western States. Originally from Marquette, Michigan on the south shore of Lake Superior, Michael grew up playing a variety of sports through High School including ice hockey, boxing, and Olympic weight lifting. He attended Michigan State University where he was an intern with the Strength and Conditioning Program working with student athletes of various disciplines. He graduated in 2014 with his Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology and began officiating professional ice hockey for five years following graduation. It was during this time that Michael was exposed to the world of Sports Chiropractic and spurred his move to Portland after he hung up his skates. In his free time, Michael enjoys skiing of all disciplines and mountain biking with his partner and dog.
