About

Amanda Norton ND, is originally from Colorado where she attended the University of Northern Colorado for her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and minor in Biology and Chemistry. In her senior year at UNC she participated in the honors program where her research in nutrition response testing was the result of her own health journey that reversed her thyroid and vascular disease.

Amanda later attended the National University of Natural Medicine’s Naturopathic Doctor program where she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. While attending NUNM she was involved in many teaching opportunities as well as functioning as the student representative for Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians. While passionate about all areas of medicine, Amanda specializes in adjunctive care for Cardiology. She uses her many treatment modalities including homeopathy, botanical medicine, nutrition, hydrotherapy and many forms of body work, to treat the patient as a whole and reach the root cause of disease.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys visiting new places, enjoying new food and all things outdoors. Hiking, kayaking and rock climbing some of her many outdoor passions when she isn’t curled up with a good book and a warm cup of tea. She is excited about joining the Move Better family and is proud to be part of such important impactful work with this amazing team.
