The Haig House is a private residence that has converted their yard to a treatment oasis. The yard is very private and comforting and Liz has worked hard to make the experience as best it can be. Her warmth continues with attention to detail and a personal greeting upon your arrival. Water is provide and there is a full tub for a cold plunge or a shower for a cold rinse. The sauna reaches 190 degrees and essential oils, water, and ladle are provided to enhance the sauna experience. We personally experience significant positive treatment effects from this service and immediately wanted to pass it on to our patients.
